The current One + Only package provides four event hours for ceremony, reception, or both, plus access beginning at 8 a.m., an event coordinator, day-of host, bartender, service team, tables, chairs, white linens, napkins, antique dinnerware, lighting, prep kitchen, and BYOB flexibility.
PRICING
What it costs.
Current official pricing is $4,400 Friday–Saturday and $4,000 Sunday–Thursday. October events carry a $400 premium. Additional event time is $400 per hour, with optional décor and first-dance upgrades available.
